Taylor Swift gave out signed personalized Eras tour books for the children she visited at the Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City today💛♥️

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Fresh off her two-year record-breaking Eras tour, Taylor Swift decided to lift the spirits of some children in Kansas City.

Swift spent part of Thursday visiting children and their families at Children’s Mercy Hospital. The superstar visited kids in the hospital on the hematology and oncology floor.

Hospital employees say Swift spent at least an hour meeting children and fans. People at the hospital at the time of her visit said she sang to, and with, patients.

Someone at the hospital shared this video of the superstar.

One of the patients Swift dropped in to see said the visit was one of the most unexpected surprises ever.

Nuzum said she cried after Swift left because Baylee hadn’t smiled so much in a while.

“Thank you Taylor and those involved at Children’s Mercy that helped make this happen,” Nuzum said.

Other families who met Swift shared similar reactions.

“Definitely a shock, because the most they’ve done for people that I’ve seen was KC Wolfe. It was cool. She’s now the most famous person I’ve met,” Riley Green said about the meeting.

“IT’s one of our core memories now. We’ll remember it for a lifetime,” Missy Slover, Riley’s mom, said.

Swift is in Kansas City to visit her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, ahead of her 35th birthday Friday.
