Paris Saint-Germain opponents for UEFA Super Cup Final

We shall face Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain in the UEFA Super Cup Final in August.

Winners of tonight’s 2025 UEFA Champions League Final, the French side booked their spot in the Super Cup Final with a resounding 5-0 victory over Serie A side Internazionale in Munich.

With our place in the final secured via our unforgettable Europa League triumph, we will face the French giants in the showpiece event at Stadio Friuli in Udine, Italy, on Wednesday 13 August.

Ticketing details and further information on the final will follow in due course.

Securing their first ever Champions League crown in the southern German city, this will be PSG’s second appearance in a Super Cup Final having contested the 1996 edition (although it was hosted in early 1997) after they lifted the UEFA Cup in May, 1996.

To date, we have yet to face the French side in competitive football but did encounter them in our pre-season trip to the USA in the summer of 2017. In what was an International Champions Cup match hosted at the Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida, we came from behind to run out 4-2 winners with Christian Eriksen, Eric Dier, Toby Alderweireld and Harry Kane all on the scoresheet.

Former Spurs men Lucas Moura and Giovani Lo Celso were part of the PSG squad that day while Ben Davies, Brandon Austin and Alfie Whiteman are the three Spurs men which remain with the Club to this day (Heung-Min Son was at the Club but did not travel).
