Following the departure of assistant general manager Mike Borgonzi, who was named the Tennessee Titans‘ general manager back in January, the Chiefs have made several shakeups to their front office, per NFL insider Albert Breer.
Sources: The Chiefs are promoting Mike Bradway and Chris Shea to assistant GM roles, Ryne Nutt and Tim Terry to VP of player personnel spots, and Marc Richards to director of football research and development.
Also, Dru Grigson has been hired as Senior College/Pro Exec.

Taking Borgonzi’s role of assistant GM will be both Mike Bradway and Chris Shea. Bradway was Kansas City’s Senior Director of Player Personnel, and Shea served as senior Vice President of Football Operations and Strategy.
Bradway’s role with the team has been mostly scouting oriented, whereas contract expertise has been Shea’s wheelhouse. Shea played a key role in getting quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ deal done, and Bradway has been a big part of the NFL draft process. Combined, Bradway and Shea should make a great duo as general manager Brett Veach’s right hand men.
