And part of the process is a combination, it seems, of enjoying the good life while also finding a “base of operations,” as one website put it, for his big NFL push.

And so Kelce – who has recently lost 25 pounds down from his usual playing weight of 250 – is at age 35 plotting to get back to the Super Bowl …

And maybe thinking about playing some golf as well.

Kelce and his 14-time Grammy Award-winning sweetheart, who already have real estate holdings all over the country (with one report suggesting that they might buy a place in Lake Como, Italy) are presently hunkering down in Boca Raton, Florida, according to the local paper the Boca News Now.

Where are they living as a “base of operations”?

They are renting a $20 million mansion in the exclusive Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club neighborhood at a reported price of $90,000 a month.

Billy Joel and Alicia Keys are among the celebrities who hang out in town, with this particular neighborhood featuring a private marina and yacht club and a Jack Nicklaus Signature 18-hole golf course.

Kelce happens to enjoy his golf, though this particular club reportedly requires a $210,000 initiation fee for a membership.
