BREAKING NEWS: We can’t rely on him any longer. He needs to leave. His mind is not here with us and here is why. After what he told me, I decided to take him out of my plans this season”-Ruben Amorim finally breaks silence as he reveals what Jadon Sancho told him as he is set to leave the club

While Sancho had reportedly been struggling with an ear infection in the lead-up to the match, Amorim’s pointed remark that he “preferred other players” has raised fresh concerns about Sancho’s standing within the squad.

Currently, Marcus Rashford, Amad Diallo, and Alejandro Garnacho are all ahead of Sancho in Amorim’s pecking order, with Brazilian winger Antony also competing for minutes on the flanks.

According to **RMC Sport**, Juventus have now stepped forward with a move for Sancho, and negotiations are reportedly ongoing between the Italian club and United. The Red Devils are believed to be asking for a fee in the region of **€30 million (£25 million)**. Chelsea and Barcelona are also said to be monitoring the situation closely.

Speaking in a press conference on Thursday afternoon, Ruben Amorim declined to confirm whether Sancho would be involved in the matchday squad for Saturday’s clash against Brighton. However, he did issue a clear message to Sancho—and the entire squad—regarding discipline and team expectations.

“We will see,” Amorim said when asked about Sancho’s inclusion. “We have a squad, and ideally, a squad with two players for each position. Once the transfer window closes, not everyone will play every week, but we will need every player fully committed throughout the season.

Sancho’s Manchester United Future in Doubt Again Under Ruben Amorim Amid Juventus Interest**

Jadon Sancho has returned to Manchester United’s first-team setup this summer, a year after his highly publicized fallout with then-manager Erik ten Hag, which saw him sidelined from the senior squad. Now under the guidance of new boss **Ruben Amorim**, Sancho’s situation remains uncertain despite signs of a fresh start.

Following a promising loan spell at Borussia Dortmund in the second half of last season, the London-born winger was reintegrated into United’s pre-season squad and traveled with the team to the United States. However, doubts over his long-term role at Old Trafford resurfaced when he was excluded from the squad for United’s Premier League opener against Fulham last Friday.

“It’s about attitude. Players will be disappointed at times, but how they handle it is crucial. We win and lose as a squad.

“The season is long. The real rewards come in May, and between now and then, I expect—and demand—that every player stays focused and ready.”
