It’s the NFL offseason, which means Patrick and Brittany Mahomes have some time to spend with each other.
The 2024 season was filled with highs and lows for the Mahomes family. Patrick and the Kansas City Chiefs went 15-2 in the regular season and earned the No. 1 seed in the AFC. Then, during the team’s playoff bye week, Brittany gave birth to the couple’s third child, a daughter named Golden Raye.
Kansas City went on to reach a third-straight Super Bowl, but their quest for a three-peat was derailed in resounding fashion, as the Philadelphia Eagles blew the Chiefs out 40-22 in Super Bowl 59. After the loss, Patrick Mahomes guaranteed the team would return to the biggest stage.
“Appreciate all the love and support from #ChiefsKingdom I let y’all down today. I’ll always continue to work and try and learn and be better for it. Want to give thanks to God for every opportunity he has given me. We will be back,” he wrote on social media.

Fast forward almost three weeks, and Patrick just got some good news today that his favorite target, tight end Travis Kelce, will be returning in 2025.
Brittany was also busy today filming some type of commercial. Tonight, the pair went out to enjoy some private time at dinner.
Even date night gets shared with the world though when you’re as famous as the Mahomeses. Brittany documented their night out on Instagram, sharing a selfie of herself and her husband on her Instagram story.

It’s good to see the two of them out having fun, as it seems like there might have been some family drama lately.
According to Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy, Brittany is responsible for her father-in-law, former MLB pitcher Pat Mahomes, canceling his “Rough ‘N Rowdy” fight against another ex-hurler, John Rocker.
“Mahomes’ agent — the football player — and Brittany, from what I am told, intervened and said, ‘There’s no way this fight happens; we’re going to cut this guy off if he does it,'” Portnoy said last week.
If true, that must have made for an awkward situation. If we’re being honest though, it’s probably for the better that Pat Sr. isn’t fighting Rocker.
