Swift attended the Super Bowl on Sunday to support her boyfriend Travis Kelce, who plays as a tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs. When Swift was shown on the jumbotron, Eagles fans could be heard continuously booing her.
Swift did not realize that the booing was directed at her at first and gave a confused look. When she finally became aware that the crowd was shaming her, Swift responded with a side eye and a nose wrinkle.
“I remember that they showed her on the Jumbotron and she got booed. I don’t get it. I don’t get why she was getting hate there. She’s there supporting her significant other and she’s made the game bigger. We’re trying to expand the game and her being a part of it’s only helping that, so I don’t get the slack that she’s getting.” Saquon Barkley said via Pop Base.
Swift’s presence at Super Bowl LIX did nothing for the Kansas City Chiefs who lost embarrassingly to the Philadelphia Eagles with a final score of 40-22. Kansas City quarterback Patrick Mahomes passed for 257 yards, completing 21 passes out of 32 attempts, scoring three touchdowns. Meanwhile, Swift’s boyfriend Travis Kelce managed a total of four receptions for 39 yards for the Chiefs in a disaster of a performance.
Taylor Swift Seen Giving Out Tips To Staff At Grammys
On another note, Taylor Swift’s PR team seems to be quite busy gathering some positive attention for her as a video resurfaced showing the pop singer handing out tips in cash to the staff at the Grammys. Despite being nominated in the Grammys, Swift failed to grab a win, but did not let this bring her spirits down.
In the video, Swift can be seen stopping by staff before leaving the Grammys and shaking their hand and giving them cash. She could also be heard thanking the staff for their work, to which one of them responded by telling her how much they appreciate her.
After the Kansas City Chiefs were defeated by the Philadelphia Eagles on Super Bowl Sunday, Swift and her boyfriend Travis Kelce are reportedly going to take a break from their work and go on a much-needed vacation. Swift has been a constant in NFL games after she started dating Kelce back in 2023.
