Taylor Swift and boyfriend Travis Kelce want to ‘look at real estate’ together in Kansas City, Missouri, according to Us Weekly.
The couple have ‘talked about exploring buying a home together,’ and are planning to focus on it when they both have time.
Taylor, 35, wrapped her Eras tour in December 2024, and Travis is heading to the Super Bowl LIX on February 9th with his team, the Kansas City Chiefs – who are playing the Philadelphia Eagles – after triumphing against the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship game.
The house hunting could be a sign that couple, who have been dating since summer 2023, are on the road to marriage.
Meanwhile, Taylor is currently renovating her stunning seaside Rhode Island mansion – a project that will cost her $1.7 million.
The star’s vacation home will have a lavish upgrade, with plans to expand the 11,000 square foot house by an additional 400 square feet, according to a building permit and zoning certificate obtained by Us Weekly.
The 400-square feet addition is set to transform one of the rooms into an ‘enlarged bedroom suite and lounge.’
Taylor will also complete a kitchen remodel and make a new bedroom for the main house.
The permits were issued in late November and early December 2024 with an expiration date of December 2025.
Taylor bought the mega mansion in 2013, which has five acres of gardens, 700 feet of private beachfront, a swimming pool and pool house.
The home currently has eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and eight fireplaces.
Taylor has hosted an annual fourth of July party at her vacation home since she has purchased it.
In October 2024, Travis’ $6 million in Leawood, Kansas was burglarized – along with Patrick Mahomes’ home in nearby Belton, Missouri, according to TMZ Sports.
The break-in’s took place the same day the Chiefs beat the New Orleans Saints at Arrowhead Stadium with Taylor watching on.
The outlet claims $20,000 in cash was stolen from his home and the back door was damaged.
Travis, who was raised in Ohio, and Taylor’s rumored romance was confirmed on Sunday, September 24, 2023 – after she attended her first Chiefs game – as they took on the Chicago Bears.
It’s not clear exactly when the two began seeing each other in person, but Travis had revealed on his July 26th New Heights podcast episode that he had hoped to introduce himself to Taylor when he attended one of her Eras Tour stops.
He attended night two of her Eras tour stop in Kansas City – July 8th – while in a suite.
‘I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings, so I was a little butt-hurt I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her,’ he said.
They took their romance to the next level in mid-October 2023, posing for loved up snaps on Instagram.
Taylor and Travis’ romance has continued to go from strength to strength.
