“Just Call Me” – What Harry Kane Told Mathys Tel That Will Melt Spurs Fans’ Hearts ❤️
Tottenham supporters will love this! Former Spurs hero Harry Kane has been playing a quiet but classy role in helping Mathys Tel settle at his new club — Tottenham Hotspur.
The young French forward, who learned under Kane during their time together at Bayern Munich, has revealed that the England captain is still mentoring him — even from afar.
Speaking to The Telegraph, Tel shared a touching story about how Kane recently reached out to guide him:
“Harry Kane helped me a lot. Four days ago, he sent me a voice note and we spoke about how I can be better — finishing, positioning in the box.
He told me, ‘Whenever you want to call me, just call me. We’ll talk and find what’s best for you.’”
Tel described Kane as “the best striker in the world” and praised his humility, saying the 32-year-old takes time to talk about football, life, and anything else he needs help with.
“He told me, ‘If you want to talk about football or even life, I’m always there for you.’ He’s a very good guy,” Tel added.
Despite Kane’s continued affection for Tottenham, the striker recently downplayed rumours of a North London return, insisting he’s happy at Bayern Munich — though he admitted Spurs will always hold a “special place” in his heart.
Still, Spurs fans can’t help but smile knowing their former talisman is mentoring one of the club’s brightest young stars.
💬 Spurs Family:
How wholesome is that from Kane? Should Tottenham try to bring him home next summer, or let Tel carry the legacy forward?
