Arsenal and Chelsea are both reportedly interested in acquiring Aston Villa\u2019s highly-rated striker Ollie Watkins when the transfer window opens in January.<\/p>\n

The 27-year-old forward has attracted significant attention after an impressive 2022\/23 season where he scored 15 goals in the Premier League, helping Aston Villa secure European football for the first time in over a decade.<\/p>\n

Watkins has continued to perform well this season, having scored one goal and provided two assists so far. His consistent form has prompted Aston Villa manager Unai Emery to express his desire to keep the England international at Villa Park for the foreseeable future.
