Tottenham fans were quick to voice a unified reaction after a surprise transfer update emerged linking the club with Manchester City winger Savinho.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Spurs have already enjoyed a busy summer, with significant changes both on and off the pitch, most notably the arrival of Thomas Frank as head coach alongside several arrivals also joining.<\/p>\n

Savinho joined City last summer from fellow City Football Group side Troyes in a deal worth around \u00a330million. He became a regular in Pep Guardiola\u2019s squad, making 48 appearances in his debut campaign, though he found the net just three times.<\/p>\n

Despite his modest goal return, many Man City fans were impressed with Savinho\u2019s performances, with some even suggesting Jack Grealish should make way given the Brazilian\u2019s impact and increasing role in the squad.<\/p>\n

With Rayan Cherki arriving from Lyon earlier this window and his capability of operating out wide, Savinho could see his minutes reduced next season, potentially paving the way for an exit.<\/p>\n

Following Heung-Min Son\u2019s departure to MLS side LAFC last week and Maddison\u2019s injury, Tottenham are in need of attacking reinforcements, and Savinho now appears to be a prime target.<\/p>\n
