They were spotted house hunting in Ohio.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<div class=\"eg-single-article__block-content\">\n<p id=\"par-1_100\">Travis Kelce\u2019s NFL season\u00a0is getting ready to start, with pregame matchups already underway.<\/p>\n<p>While he seemed to spend much of the offseason with his love, he apparently did manage to accomplish some personal business.<\/p>\n<p>Travis Kelce was spending time in Ohio back in July, and it looks like he and Taylor Swift may be considering a house purchase in the tight end\u2019s home state.<\/p>\n<p>While they are\u00a0not yet wed\u00a0or even engaged, we can\u2019t help but think about how they would merge their real estate portfolios. They both own numerous properties, with Swift owning substantially more real estate.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h-where-were-kelce-and-swift-recently-shopping-for-a-house\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where were Kelce and Swift recently shopping for a house?<\/h2>\n<p id=\"par-2_88\">While nothing is set in stone just yet,\u00a0Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift\u00a0were spotted looking at real estate in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio, reports\u00a0Realtor.<\/p>\n<p>According to sources, Kelce and Swift took in the sights around Cleveland and grabbed a bite to eat before touring at least two high-priced properties.<\/p>\n<p>While the insider did not reveal exactly what suburb they were house shopping in, they did spend some time in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, for lunch. Kelce owns a luxurious 17,000-square-foot French-Regency-inspired mansion in Leawood, Kansas.<\/p>\n<p>Kelce acquired the home in 2023 as an upgrade from the property he purchased in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>According to Architectural Digest, the home sits on 3.5 acres of land and has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a wine cellar, a two-level movie theater, and a resort-style pool.<\/p>\n<p id=\"par-8_85\">Before purchasing the pad, he lived in a more modest 10,000-square-foot home in Kansas City, Missouri. The home was still pretty nice, offering seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, a wine cellar with bar, a pool, and a gazebo. Kelce purchased it in 2019 for just under $1 million.<\/p>\n<p>He also owns a condo, along with his brother and mother. It was also purchased in 2019. The Orlando vacation spot appears to belong primarily to Donna Kelce.
