Right-hander\u00a0Joe Kelly\u00a0is currently a free agent and\u00a0threw for the Dodgers recently, as the team is looking for bullpen help for the final stretch of the season.<\/p>\n
Dodgers Nation\u2019s Doug McKain spoke to MLB insider Bob Nightengale\u00a0regarding what bringing in Kelly would mean to the team.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey could,\u201d Nightengale said. \u201cIt\u2019s almost like a Kik\u00e9 Hernandez \u2014 they excel in October. So many scouts have said, \u2018Yeah, I\u2019d sign Joe Kelly for a one month contract, because that\u2019s when he turns it on, is October.\u2019 It would be nice for depth.
