But LeBron James continued to show that he holds himself to the highest of standards after achieving his fourth consecutive triple-double on Friday night.<\/p>\n
The Los Angeles Lakers had dropped to 4-4 following a November 6 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies, a less-than-ideal record considering their 3-0 start to the year.<\/p>\n
Since that point, the Lakers have won four consecutive games behind stellar play from James and Anthony Davis, among others.<\/p>\n
Their winning streak rolled on with Friday’s 120-115 road victory over the San Antonio Spurs, moving them to 8-4. While Davis was the headliner in the win, scoring 40 points with 12 rebounds, James’s fourth triple-double in as many games marked a career-best stretch for him.<\/p>\n
But even with a stat line of 15 points, 16 rebounds and 12 assists, the future Hall-of-Famer was still critical of his performance. Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James posted his fourth consecutive triple-double against the San Antonio Spurs on Friday.<\/p>\n

“But being able to do other things, the best thing about my game is that I can not have any rhythm offensively and still make an impact on the game, and I was able to do that tonight.” James went on to praise his teammates, citing that he doesn’t get the assists if they aren’t knocking down shots.<\/p>\n
