In a crossover\u00a0Us\u00a0never knew we needed, the 34-year-old musician was a guest on the Thursday, July 10, episode of\u00a0Kylie Kelce\u2018s\u00a0\u201cNot Gonna Lie\u201d podcast, discussing his favorite collabs, tips for girl dads and his upcoming album, Play. When asked whether he\u2019s ventured into the world of \u201cAmerican football\u201d over the years, Sheeran revealed his go-to team \u2014 and how Swift, 35, played a role in helping him find them.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m a Titans fan,\u201d he said. \u201cI moved to Nashville for Taylor\u2019s Red Tour in 2013 and I got a place there. I went to Walmart to buy bits to move in and I just bought some pajamas. And then when I got home, I was wearing the pajamas. And when someone was around, they were like, \u2018Oh, you\u2019re a Titans fan?\u2019 I was like, \u2018Guess I am.’\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n Sheeran continued, \u201cSince then, Titans. And you know, it\u2019s very similar to my soccer club back home. They\u2019re always the bridesmaid \u2014 actually, I wouldn\u2019t even say that they\u2019re a bridesmaid. They\u2019re invited to the wedding. They\u2019re there.\u201d<\/p>\n Sheeran\u2019s friendship with Swift\u00a0dates back to 2012\u00a0when their first duet, \u201cEverything Has Changed,\u201d appeared on her album\u00a0Red.
