Taylor Swift\u2019s former Cape Cod beach house just secured a buyer, according to Realtor.com. PEOPLE previously reported on the $14.5 million listing on May 8. The pop mogul previously owned the Massachusetts mansion between 2012 and 2013.<\/p>\n
The \u201cBlank Space” singer first closed on the seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom home for nearly $5 million in November 2012. Swift lived on the property, which is steps away from the Kennedy family compound, amid her romance with Robert F. Kennedy Jr.\u2019s son Conor Kennedy.<\/p>\n
Swift ended up selling the property for $5.675 million in early 2013 following the end of the relationship.<\/p>\n
