The 18-year-old left-back, signed from Cerro Porte\u00f1o for an initial \u00a33.3 million ($4.4m) with potential add-ons up to \u00a37 million, has inked a five-year contract running until June 30, 2030.<\/p>\n

The deal, first reported by GOAL in December 2024, sees the highly-rated prospect join United\u2019s ranks as part of Sir Jim Ratcliffe\u2019s long-term vision to bolster the squad with young talent.<\/p>\n

Leon, who debuted for Cerro Porte\u00f1o in August 2024, scoring in a 1-0 win over Sportivo Ameliano, made 23 appearances, including Copa Libertadores matches, showcasing his physicality and speed.<\/p>\n
