However, it sounds like Swift has a couple of dragons herself. A source opened up about how Swift\u2019s dad, Scott, and her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, have allegedly been protecting her during the ordeal.<\/div>\n<div id=\"article-body\" class=\"text-copy bodyCopy auto\">\n<p>Taylor Swift was subpoenaed\u00a0by Justin Baldoni\u2019s team regarding conversations\u00a0Blake Lively\u00a0may have had with her regarding her accusations against Baldoni on the set of\u00a0It Ends with Us\u00a0(which can be streamed with a\u00a0Netflix subscription). Despite\u00a0Scott Swift leaking information\u00a0to Baldoni\u2019s team in exchange for them withdrawing the subpoena, a judge ruled June 18 that the texts between the two A-listers are still relevant to Baldoni\u2019s case. According to the\u00a0Daily Mail, Papa Swift will likely continue to fight this, saying:<\/p>\n<figure>\n<blockquote class=\"vanilla-quoteblock\"><p>This is a blow but I doubt Scott Swift will take it lying down. He was all dad on the surface, but there&#8217;s a Wall Street brain ticking underneath.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/figure>\n<p>We\u2019ll have to see if Scott Swift\u2019s strategizing brain can help keep Taylor Swift and Blake Lively\u2019s text messages out of the hands of the court. On\u00a0Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Lewis Liman ruled that relevant communications must be turned over to Justin Baldoni\u2019s team, since Lively herself had identified the\u00a01989\u00a0artist as someone who was likely to have knowledge of her complaints about Baldoni and the working environment of\u00a0It Ends with Us.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor Swift\u2019s team has said she\u00a0does not want to be involved in Blake Lively\u2019s case, and the lack of a statement supporting her friend \u2014 as well as\u00a0not attending the Super Bowl together\u00a0or being seen together since October 2024 \u2014 has sparked a lot of speculation about the state of their friendship. One source claimed\u00a0Swift will be furious with Lively \u201cforever.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Travis Kelce is making no secret of whose side he\u2019s on either, as he reportedly\u00a0unfollowed Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively\u2019s husband.
