It was a position they tried to improve during the season, and it only became an even bigger problem when they moved big man Anthony Davis in the Luka Doncic trade.<\/p>\n<p>The club has been linked to impending free agent Brook Lopez recently. And NBA insider Jake Fischer added fuel to those rumors on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Lakers have long been fans of Lopez, sources say. That doesn\u2019t guarantee they will pursue him again. But the Lakers are indeed expected to be a player in the center market this summer,\u201d Fischer wrote in a new post on the Stein Line.<\/p>\n<p>All indications are the Bucks will let the 37-year-old walk this summer. The one-time All-Star played one season in LA seven years ago. While the team would love a younger option that can crash the rim, Lopez is still an upgrade at center. However, he decided to return to Milwaukee in the hopes of making another run at a championship.<\/p>\n<p>While Adams is a better defender and rebounder, Lopez would still bring value to the Rockets\u2019 offense.
