Walker Buehler was fired up after his ejection from Tuesday night\u2019s game, and the Red Sox pitcher expressed his emotions on multiple platforms.<\/p>\n

The two-time All-Star\u2019s return from injury was short-lived after home plate umpire Mike Estabrook tossed Buehler with one out in the third inning for leaving the mound to argue balls and strikes. Manager Alex Cora also was ejected, and one thing that stood out was Francisco Lindor\u2019s reaction to the scene.<\/p>\n

Lindor appeared to lean into a pitch earlier in the inning, and the New York Mets star openly encouraged Buehler\u2019s ejection. Red Sox fans bemoaned the All-Star shortstop\u2019s actions, and Buehler couldn\u2019t have agreed with them more.<\/p>\n

\u201cI wouldn\u2019t want me out there either. Sad thing is the BULLPEN is full of (expletive) animals,\u201d Buehler posted on X. \u201cTough choice.\u201d<\/p>\n

Buehler\u2019s praise for the bullpen was consistent in his responses to his ejection, which he took full responsibility for. Boston used six relievers Tuesday night, and the bullpen arms held a formidable Mets lineup scoreless after Buehler\u2019s exit.<\/p>\n
