    Travis Kelce\u00a0is looking trim!<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The NFL star sported a streamlined physique in New York City while at the Amazon MGM Studios Upfront on Monday, May 12.<\/p>\n

    On the eve of his 13th season in the league, Kelce told reporters at the event that he has lost 25 lbs. in an offseason effort to get in better shape.<\/p>\n

    The Kansas City Chiefs star\u2019s weight loss comes after an anti-climactic finish to the season in which the franchise came up just short of a third-straight title.<\/p>\n

    Kelce\u2019s stats\u00a0also suffered in 2024, where he had a career-low 823 yards and 97 receptions.<\/p>\n

    Early in the season, Chiefs quarterback\u00a0Patrick Mahomes had an easy explanation.<\/p>\n

    “It\u2019s crazy because the respect factor teams have for Travis is unreal, and it\u2019s well-deserved,” Mahomes said at the time.\u00a0“We\u2019re calling a lot of plays for Travis and it\u2019s like two or three [defenders] are going to him. That\u2019s the great thing about him is he wants to make an impact on the game but he wants to win at the end of the day.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

    Despite some on-the-field struggles, however, Kelce, 35, also managed to set a franchise record.<\/p>\n

    During the Christmas Day 2024 game, the star passed Chiefs legend Tony Gonzalez for all-time receiving touchdowns, when a fourth-quarter play and 12-yard grab earned him his 77th receiving TD.<\/p>\n

    Following the game, the tight end also showed his love for sweets, when he enjoyed a piece of red velvet cake in the post-game interview.<\/p>\n

    “Very red velvety,” Kelce said. “It’s very spot-on. It’s good. I’m gonna take this into the locker room and get some victory cake.”<\/em><\/p>\n

    During a March interview\u00a0with\u00a0Ben Stiller\u00a0on his and brother\u00a0Jason\u2019s\u00a0New Heights\u00a0podcast, the trio discussed the actor-director\u2019s 1995 movie\u00a0Heavyweights, and Travis alluded to his past struggles.<\/p>\n

    “So seriously, you were dealing with weight issues?\u201d Stiller asked the brothers, to which Jason, 37, replied of Travis, \u201cHe was chubby, I wouldn’t say he was fat.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
