The\u00a0NFL<\/a>\u00a0schedule for the 2025-26 season has been slowly coming out this week and some exciting matchups are starting to come out.<\/p>\n

From the season opener between the\u00a0Dallas Cowboys<\/a>\u00a0and the\u00a0Super Bowl<\/a>\u00a0champion\u00a0Philadelphia Eagles<\/a>\u00a0to a Week 16 divisional matchup as the\u00a0Green Bay Packers<\/a>\u00a0take on the\u00a0Chicago Bears<\/a>.<\/p>\n

These moves have made NFL fans excited for the upcoming season and there was another anticipated clash between division rivals that will be played on Christmas day.<\/p>\n

Patrick Mahomes<\/a>, Chris Jones and the\u00a0Kansas City Chiefs<\/a>\u00a0will host their division rivals as they take on\u00a0Bo Nix<\/a>, Pat Surtain II and the\u00a0Denver Broncos<\/a>\u00a0in Week 17.<\/p>\n

It will be an exciting, late-season game between the two teams as the Chiefs have a 3-2 record all-time on Christmas.<\/p>\n

Their most recent win on December 25 came in 2024 as they beat the\u00a0Pittsburgh Steelers<\/a>\u00a0with a final score of 29-10.<\/p>\n

Kansas City’s social media team posted to X following the Christmas Day announcement.<\/p>\n

“Let’s make this the loudest silent night of all time,” Kansas City Chiefs X account posted on Monday night.<\/p>\n
