As is so often the case, Taylor Swift is once again dominating several United Kingdom-based album rankings.<\/p>\n
Half a dozen of her collections appear on this week\u2019s Official Albums chart, and that\u2019s just one of the tallies where her music is heard.<\/p>\n
While some of her sets are slipping, others are holding strong, or even climbing. It\u2019s a mixed bag for Swift this time around, but when looking across the board, two titles clearly stand out.<\/p>\n
The Tortured Poets Department Leads Taylor Swift\u2019s Charge<\/strong><\/p>\n Of all Swift\u2019s titles currently performing well across the pond, The Tortured Poets Department is the clear winner. The title appears on four different rankings in the U.K., and it\u2019s on the rise across every one of them.<\/p>\n This frame, the lengthy project climbs to No. 24 on both the Official Albums and Official Albums Streaming charts \u2014 quite the coincidental alignment.<\/p>\n The Tortured Poets Department also improves its standing on the Official Albums Sales and Official Physical Albums rankings at the same time. It\u2019s not shocking that TTPD is Swift\u2019s highest-rising win at the moment, but that it\u2019s growing in every respect is notable, since it is now a year old.<\/p>\n 1989 (Taylor\u2019s Version) Also Climbs on the Charts<\/strong><\/p>\n 1989 (Taylor\u2019s Version) is enjoying a similar bump in performance, even if it\u2019s not quite matching Swift\u2019s newer release in terms of placement.<\/p>\n The re-recorded effort doesn\u2019t sit nearly as high as The Tortured Poets Department, which makes sense given that it\u2019s not brand new \u2014 and that it\u2019s a fresh take on a set that was already a global smash nearly a decade ago.<\/p>\n The album is moving up on the same four tallies as The Tortured Poets Department, though by smaller gains.<\/p>\n On the Official Albums Streaming chart, it jumps five spaces to No. 62. It\u2019s not far behind that on the main Official Albums ranking, where it improves to No. 65.<\/p>\n The rest of Swift\u2019s albums on the U.K. charts this week are performing a bit more erratically.
