This is [West] \ud835\udcc8\u212f\ud835\udccdually harassing a woman, defaming her and intending to cause harm to her and to her career.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Swift reportedly filed a cease and desist because she had reached a breaking point with\u00a0the rapper\u2019s continued harassment and felt that taking legal action was not only necessary, but long overdue.<\/p>\n<p>Just a few days before the new lawsuit, reports emerged on whether Taylor Swift and\u00a0Blake Lively\u00a0are friends emerged months after the Justin Baldoni drama. The two have been on rocky terms after it was reported that Taylor wasn\u2019t so pleased with how Blake mentioned her in Justin Baldoni\u2019s defamation case against the It Ends With Us actress.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[Taylor and Blake] have worked everything out,\u201d a source\u00a0told Paula Froelich of NewsNation. \u201cBlake apologized and they are talking again.\u201d The two seemed to bury the hatchet and have been taking things slow in private. \u201dTaylor is annoyed she was brought into this,\u201d a source told Froelich back in January. \u201cShe was supporting her friend \u2014 and went to her house to hang out, and now that [hangout] is part of [Justin\u2019s] lawsuit.
