Tottenham \u2018Hold Talks\u2019 to Re-sign \u2018Extraordinary\u2019 Star<\/p>\n
Tottenham Hotspur are considering re-signing Southampton defender Kyle Walker-Peters on a free transfer this summer, according to journalist Graeme Bailey.<\/p>\n
The Lilywhites have reportedly spoken to the 27-year-old\u2019s representatives and are open to bringing him back almost five years after selling him to Southampton in 2020.<\/p>\n
Walker-Peters is believed to be attracting interest from multiple Premier League clubs ahead of his contract expiry in June, with West Ham, Fulham and Crystal Palace all monitoring the defender.<\/p>\n
He is unlikely to sign an extension with the Saints after their relegation to the Championship and could soon receive multiple offers to continue his career in the top flight.<\/p>\n

The Hammers are now pushing to win the race for the English defender, though they are just one of several clubs keen on his arrival on a free transfer.<\/p>\n
Walker-Peters, praised as \u2018extraordinary\u2019, has been a regular for Southampton since their Premier League return, missing just two games so far and providing two assists in around 2,500 minutes of action.<\/p>\n
The two-cap England international came through Spurs\u2019 academy in 2017 and made 24 first-team appearances before leaving in 2020.<\/p>\n
