Despite only knowing each other for a short time, Swift didn\u2019t hesitate when Pompeo requested a donation for a cause close to her heart.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h2>\u201cThey have an amazing program at Children\u2019s Hospital Los Angeles where they make music for babies in the NICU,\u201d Pompeo explained. \u201cThe parents record themselves singing or telling stories so the babies can hear their voices during the day. It improves outcomes\u2014but they need money to run it.\u201d<\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<h2>\u201cI asked Taylor, \u2018Could you write me a big old check for Children\u2019s?\u2019 and she knew me all but 20 minutes, and that girl wrote me the biggest check without blinking an eye,\u201d she recalled.<\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Pompeo also reflected on her cameo in Swift\u2019s star-studded \u201cBad Blood\u201d video, which featured appearances from <strong>Mariska Hargitay<\/strong>, <strong>Gigi Hadid<\/strong>, <strong>Zendaya<\/strong>, and more.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h2>\u201cIt was the easiest thing,\u201d she said. \u201cI spent maybe an hour or two on set with Mariska.\u201d<\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In a fun twist of pop culture homage, Swift named another of her cats <strong>Olivia Benson<\/strong>, after Hargitay\u2019s <em>Law &amp; Order: SVU<\/em> character. The crossover of TV legends and Swift\u2019s feline fandom only added to the charm of the music video.<\/p>\n<p>Pompeo is currently making the press rounds for her new <strong>Hulu<\/strong> family drama series <em>Good American Family<\/em>.
