The Green Bay Packers started to address their need at wide receiver when they signed former Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman to a one-year contract.<\/p>\n

While the signing isn\u2019t expected to change the offense in a massive way, he will certainly allow for more flexibility on offense.<\/p>\n

Now, for the first time ever Chiefs\u2019 head coach Andy Reid has spoken out about losing Hardman.<\/p>\n

Andy Reid knows Mecole Hardman better than anyone else. As Reid\u2019s draft pick in 2019, the speedster was\u00a0brought back<\/span>\u00a0by the Kansas City Chiefs after being cut by the New York\u00a0Jets. Hardman<\/span>\u00a0would go on to catch<\/span> the game winning touchdown in Super Bowl LVIII.<\/p>\n

Now Reid is\u00a0explaining\u00a0what Green Bay got with their new wide receiver:<\/strong><\/p>\n

During NFL Meetings in Florida, the Chiefs head coach was asked by ESPN\u2019s reporter Rob Demovsky about how he thinks Hardman will play for the Green Bay Packers after signing a one-year deal. Hardman\u2019s speed is the main weapon in his game.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cYeah, they will find a role for him. Good kid, and fast,\u201d Reid said. \u201cHe\u2019ll do a nice job for them.\u201d<\/p>\n
