President\u00a0Donald Trump\u00a0has revealed he will host\u00a0Travis Kelce\u00a0and the\u00a0Kansas\u00a0City Chiefs at the\u00a0White House\u00a0after their 2020 visit was canceled due to the Covid pandemic.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Chiefs\u2019 invite to Washington\u00a0DC<\/strong>\u00a0was curtailed five years ago, and the players \u2013 including\u00a0Patrick Mahomes<\/strong>\u00a0and Kelce \u2013 never got the chance to make up for lost time.<\/p>\n

Now, though, the president has revealed that after this year\u2019s Super Bowl champion \u2013 the\u00a0Philadelphia Eagles<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 have completed their visit next month, attention will turn to the Chiefs.<\/p>\n

Speaking to\u00a0Outkick\u2019s Clay Travis<\/strong>\u00a0on Air Force One on Saturday night, Trump said: \u2018I look forward to having the Eagles. And one other thing, we\u2019re going to have the\u00a0Kansas City Chiefs<\/strong>\u00a0after that because they missed their turn because of Covid.\u2019<\/p>\n

The Kansas City Chiefs are yet to comment publicly on the president\u2019s comments, and no date has yet been set for their invite.<\/p>\n

Many eyes will be on Kelce if and when the Chiefs do go, given his girlfriend\u00a0Taylor Swift<\/strong>\u2018s very public campaigning against Trump before the 2024\u00a0election<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

While Kelce never publicly endorsed either candidate, Swift was firmly in Kamala Harris and the Democrats\u2019 camp, before they ultimately lost to Trump and the Republicans.<\/p>\n

The Mahomes, meanwhile, have regularly praised Trump \u2013 especially the wife and mother of quarterback Patrick.<\/p>\n

When asked about Brittany and Randi, Trump said: \u2018I love those two women. They\u2019re so great and so loyal. I met Patrick\u2019s mother\u2026 at the game [the\u00a0Super Bowl<\/strong>].<\/p>\n

Travis\u2019 girlfriend Taylor Swift was outspoken in her support of Kamala Harris in the election<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2018She came over. And Brittany, I\u2019ve seen so much of Brittany that just, you know, being so loyal and great and beautiful.\u2019<\/p>\n

The Chiefs have twice been to the White House in recent years, although both under the Biden administration in 2023 and 2024.<\/p>\n

In 2023, Kelce wore a bold red suit as he and Mahomes presented Biden with a personalized Chiefs jersey.<\/p>\n
