Federico Chiesa hasn\u2019t had the smoothest season at Liverpool, but his father, Enrico Chiesa, insists the forward is happy at the club and determined to prove his worth.<\/p>\n

The 27-year-old delivered a standout moment by scoring the decisive goal in Liverpool\u2019s Carabao Cup final win at Wembley, but highlights have been few and far between in what has been a challenging campaign. With nine league games left, Chiesa\u2019s role could still evolve, though rumors of a potential summer exit are already circulating.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Tuttosport, Enrico Chiesa emphasized his son\u2019s commitment to Liverpool: \u201cFederico is very happy at Liverpool. He\u2019s at a top club leading the Premier League, and we hope he can win the title! He\u2019s there to make an impact and has a great opportunity.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite being one of Europe\u2019s most promising attackers during Italy\u2019s Euro 2020 triumph, Chiesa has struggled for minutes at Liverpool. He has yet to start a Premier League match and has only made two starts across 11 appearances this season, a situation that could easily cause frustration for a player of his caliber.<\/p>\n

However, Enrico Chiesa believes his son\u2019s mindset remains steadfast. \u201cI\u2019ve been telling him the same thing since he was a kid. Until he was 15, he didn\u2019t play much. When he\u2019d ask for advice, I\u2019d tell him: keep training, don\u2019t give up, and always be ready for your chance.\u201d<\/p>\n

While a summer transfer remains a possibility, Chiesa Sr. insists there are no regrets about leaving Juventus.
