Former\u00a0USC Trojans\u00a0star wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster made a significant impact during his early years in the NFL with the Pittsburgh Steelers.<\/p>\n

In 2018, he showcased his potential with an impressive 111 receptions for 1,426 yards and seven touchdowns, earning his first\u2014and so far only\u2014Pro Bowl invitation. However, Smith-Schuster has not surpassed the 1,000-yard mark since that standout season, and he\u2019s eager to regain that form.<\/p>\n

In the 2022 season, he played a key role in helping the\u00a0Kansas City Chiefs\u00a0secure a Super Bowl title. After spending a transitional year with the New England Patriots, he returned to Kansas City in 2024.<\/p>\n

Now, Smith-Schuster has signed a\u00a0one-year deal\u00a0to remain with the Chiefs for the upcoming season.<\/p>\n

Last year with the Chiefs, he began the season as a depth option, but his performances steadily improved before a hamstring injury sidelined him for several games, limiting his impact down the stretch.<\/p>\n

Heading into the new season, Smith-Schuster rejoins a Kansas City offense that no longer includes DeAndre Hopkins. This could present an opportunity for him to solidify a role as the third receiver behind\u00a0Xavier Worthy\u00a0and Rashee Rice. However, he will likely face competition from Hollywood Brown for playing time.<\/p>\n

Nevertheless, this receiving corps could emerge as one of the most balanced and deepest in the league.<\/p>\n

The Kansas City Chiefs, coming off a tough Super Bowl loss to the Eagles, will be looking to reclaim their spot atop the NFL.<\/p>\n
