She has surpassed Madonna\u2019s net worth of $580 million, but ranks behind Rihanna, whose net worth is $1.4 billion.<\/p>\n

And while she\u2019s not busy on a very sold-out tour, she stays active when it comes to real estate.<\/p>\n

Since 2011, Swift has stockpiled a real estate portfolio worth upward of $80 million.<\/p>\n

Most recently, the singer\u2019s former townhouse in Manhattan\u2019s West Village \u2014 where she rented in 2016 while waiting out the renovations of her combination penthouse unit in Tribeca \u2014 listed for sale asking $17.99 million. What\u2019s more, it\u2019s the home that inspired her \u201cCornelia Street\u201d tune.<\/p>\n

Her first NYC real estate purchase was made in 2014, buying two adjacent penthouses in a Tribeca building for $19.95 million.<\/p>\n

In 2018, she bought the second-floor complex to the building for nearly $10 million. The unit, which she bought from financier Jeremy Phillips in an off-market deal, spans 3,540 square feet.<\/p>\n

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift have been pretty public about the fact that they\u2019re dating, but there are some things the NFL star wants to keep just for himself. On Friday, Kelce was interviewed during a\u00a0press conference\u00a0ahead of the Kansas City Chiefs\u2019 overseas game in Germany when he was asked about their \u201cstatus.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe latest status is I got to see her last week,\u201d he said. \u201cThat\u2019s the latest status right there.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Chiefs are scheduled to play the Miami Dolphins on Sunday, November 5, and he was also asked if Swift would be in attendance. He played coy again.<\/p>\n

On October 22, Swift watched Kelce\u2019s team win against the Los Angeles Chargers, and\u00a0CBS<\/em>\u00a0broadcasters showed a graphic comparing game play when she was in the bleachers versus when he\u2019s \u201cleft to his own devices.\u201d<\/p>\n

They stated that Kelce has gained 99 yards per game over 46.5 whenever she\u2019s not there to cheer him on.<\/p>\n
