After devising a strategy to entice domestic talent to Hotspur Way in the summer, Tottenham Hotspur manager Ange Postecoglou has set his eyes on signing Borussia Dortmund superstar Jamie Gittens and Southampton star Tyler Dibling, according to GIVEMESPORT sources. As Mathys Tel joined Spurs on a first loan agreement with an option to complete a permanent transfer for up to \u00a345 million from Bundesliga table-toppers Bayern Munich in the dying hours of deadline day, Spurs were one of the busiest Premier League teams during the winter transfer season.<\/p>\n

The Frenchman\u2019s arrival followed the lure of Kevin Danso and Antonin Kinsky to Tottenham halfway through the season, with the latter being bound to pay \u00a320.9 million after an agreement with Lens, a Ligue 1 team. Postecoglou is collaborating closely with technical director Johan Lange to find potential new hires. Spurs Aim to Sign Gittens and Dibling Deals As North Londoners look for local talent, the duo is considered an option.<\/p>\n

Tottenham have identified Dibling and Gittens as key targets after putting a fresh transfer strategy in place to boost their homegrown quota ahead of next season, according to GMS sources, but there is an awareness that they could face an uphill battle to get both deals over the line when they enter negotiations.<\/p>\n
