Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift just might have a big vacation coming up. As in a life-altering one that ends with a marriage proposal and a ring on the Grammy winner\u2019s finger. Kelce, 35, may reportedly propose to Swift, 35, on an upcoming vacation.<\/p>\n
According to an\u00a0Us Weekly\u00a0report, Kelce may get down on one knee when he and Swift jet off on a romantic getaway.<\/p>\n
With the NFL season over (Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs\u00a0lost in the Super Bowl\u00a0to the Philadelphia Eagles) and Swift taking it easy after wrapping her Eras Tour in December 2024, they\u2019re taking some time together.<\/p>\n
Which, an insider claimed, may or may not include a marriage proposal.<\/p>\n
\u201cThose close to them actually think [Travis may do it] while they\u2019re on vacation,\u201d one source said. \u201cTaylor wants to go to multiple places in Europe and somewhere tropical.\u201d A second source noted that both Swift and Kelce are ready to get more serious in their relationship. \u201cThey are both on the same page about taking the next step,\u201d they said.<\/em><\/p>\n It seems Swift\u2019s feelings on a potential engagement have changed in recent months. In late 2024 the outlet reported Swift was\u00a0in no rush\u00a0to get engaged.<\/p>\n With football season over and the Eras Tour wrapped, \u201cmadly in love\u201d Swift and Kelce are happy to have more time to spend together, the first source said.<\/p>\n \u201cThere\u2019s no way to have a relationship when they\u2019re all over the place with work,\u201d the insider said. \u201cIt\u2019s going to be easier now to find time to go over plans and make sure everything aligns.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n What will the NFL star and Grammy winner do during their downtime together? The second source revealed that Swift and Kelce plan on staying in Kansas City, Mo., for a few months. (Kelce has a sprawling home there.)<\/p>\n \u201cThey both want to rest and decompress,\u201d the source said, noting \u201cNeither of them have huge commitments coming up.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n That will reportedly include fewer nights out and more time at home together. \u201cThey do love going out to dinner and getting drinks with friends,\u201d the first source said. \u201cBut when they get the chance to be home together, they are very low-key.\u201d Swift \u201ccooks a lot for Travis. It\u2019s his love language.\u201d<\/p>\n When the \u201cFortnight\u201d singer and three-time Super Bowl winner get engaged depends partly on what\u2019s ahead for Kelce career-wise. Namely, whether or not he decides to retire or continue playing with the Chiefs, the first source said.<\/p>\n Following the Chiefs\u2019 Super Bowl loss to the Eagles, Kelce is said to be \u201creconsidering what he wants moving forward.
