Taylor Swift has revealed her grand renovation plans for her Rhode Island mansion, where she\u2019s been frequently staying with her boyfriend Travis Kelce.<\/p>\n

The superstar couple took refuge in the stunning seaside estate in the exclusive Watch Hill neighborhood after Swift wrapped up the European leg of her Eras Tour in August.<\/p>\n

This $17 million vacation home, which became a celeb hotspot after hosting Taylor\u2019s legendary Independence Day parties with her A-list friends like Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, is now set for a lavish upgrade.<\/p>\n

Swift is planning a $1.7 million overhaul, which includes a 400-square-foot expansion, according to a building permit and zoning certificate obtained by\u00a0UsWeekly\u00a0on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

The renovation will see one of the estate\u2019s 11,000 square feet transformed into an \u2018enlarged bedroom suite and lounge.\u2019<\/p>\n

Additionally, the Cardigan singer, who bought the property in 2013, is eyeing a new bedroom for the main house and a complete kitchen remodel.<\/p>\n

Set on more than five acres of pristine gardens and featuring a wide patio, swimming pool with a pool house, and 700 feet of private beachfront, Swift\u2019s Rhode Island retreat is nothing short of a dream.<\/p>\n

With eight bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and eight fireplaces, it\u2019s the ultimate getaway.<\/p>\n

Swift was last spotted there in August 2024, when she hosted Travis and a tight-knit group of friends.<\/p>\n

Taylor appeared to be letting her hair down after missing out on her annual July 4 bash because she was on tour, with sold-out dates across Europe.<\/p>\n

The lovebirds have spent much of their time jetting off to see one another amid their busy schedules since the start of their romance.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Travis, Blake and Ryan aren\u2019t the only stars to have recently found refuge at Taylor\u2019s Rhode Island getaway.<\/p>\n

NFL star Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany, also spent some time at the property.<\/p>\n

Since purchasing the estate in 2013, Taylor has hosted countless A-listers, including ex-boyfriends Tom Hiddleston, Calvin Harris, and Joe Jonas, as well as her famous \u2018Taymerica\u2019 Fourth of July parties.<\/p>\n

Her former girl squad members\u2014Gigi Hadid, Selena Gomez, and Cara Delevingne\u2014are frequent visitors, too.<\/p>\n

When she was just 23 years old, Taylor set her sights on the 11,000sqft estate \u2013 which was on the market for $17.75m.<\/p>\n

The pop sensation \u2013 who had recently released the album Red \u2013 is said to have paid for the property in full via a single wire transfer.<\/p>\n

At the time, it was reported Taylor initially expressed interest in the property as it was close to her ex-boyfriend Connor Kennedy\u2019s family home in nearby Newport.<\/p>\n
