They will get a rematch of the championship game two seasons ago, facing Jalen Hurts and the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX.\u00a0And the former New England Patriots quarterback will be in attendance for the game as part of the Fox Sports broadcast.<\/p>\n<p>Mahomes and the rest of the team made their way to New Orleans, Louisiana, over the weekend, with the game less than a week away. On Monday night, both teams partook in the Super Bowl opening night event at Caesars Superdome.<\/p>\n<p>The Eagles were the first team to partake in solo interviews before both team&#8217;s captains took center stage. Then, it was the Chiefs&#8217; turn for solo interviews.<\/p>\n<p>During Mahomes&#8217; interview, Brady came up, and he had a blunt message about the seven-time Super Bowl champion calling the Super Bowl.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m super excited for [Brady] to have the opportunity to call the Super Bowl because I know how smart he is and how great he is at talking football,&#8221; Mahomes said. &#8220;I&#8217;ve learned firsthand from the advice he&#8217;s given me. I think it will be an amazing watch for the fans. However, he has a long way to go to catch Brady&#8217;s seven Super Bowls, three MVPs, and five Super Bowl MVPs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Mahomes has been so unstoppable in the postseason that only two quarterbacks have been able to beat him.
