Taylor Swift\u2019s younger brother, Austin Swift, gave a disabled fan a floor seat at his sister\u2019s Eras Tour concert after the stadium didn\u2019t have great accessible seats.<\/p>\n

On Tuesday, Isabel shared a lengthy thread on X about how she ended up with floor seats thanks to the \u201cBraking for Whales\u201d actor.<\/p>\n

\u201cto make a LONG story short(er): like most shows i go to, we didn\u2019t have ADA tickets, so we had to swap there,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n

\u201cthe first ADA seats we were put in (in the 500s) were actually sold on ticketmaster to people who didn\u2019t need accessible seats, but got to keep them.\u201d<\/p>\n

Isabel said she and her friend were told to return to the 100 section to ask to be relocated. While waiting in line, she said they missed Gracie Adams\u2019 entire opening set and Swift\u2019s \u201clover era\u201d only to be told there were no ADA seats left.<\/p>\n

They were then given floor seats that Isabel said \u201cdidn\u2019t exist.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cwe then had several security guards involved and were finally given new, real floor seats (yay!!!)\u2026that were inaccessible (BOOOO) this went on for three eras in FOUR sections,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n

\u201cby [\u2018All Too Well (10 Minute Version)\u2019], we had been put in six areas, barely saw taylor, and STILL didn\u2019t have accessible seats,\u201d the Swiftie claimed.<\/p>\n

Isabel said security ordered her to return to the 100 seating section \u2014 once again \u2014 when Austin, 32, walked up to them \u201cout of nowhere\u201d and asked if they needed help.<\/p>\n

The fan said \u201che listened\u201d to their story and invited them into the VIP lounge with him.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe introduced us as his friends, set up our seats, offered us food and drinks, and checked that we were good like a million times,\u201d Isabel recalled.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, the producer came to a fan\u2019s defense after security tried to remove her from\u00a0the \u201cBad Blood\u201d singer\u2019s second Eras Tour concert\u00a0in Indianapolis for wearing a Travis Kelce costume.<\/p>\n

According to a TikTok video, the Swiftie, who was dressed in Kelce\u2019s full football uniform, tried to get the Kansas City Chiefs star\u2019s attention in the VIP area of the show after he made a surprise appearance.<\/p>\n

Austin intervened when security attempted to kick the fan out because she was wearing a football helmet on her head.<\/p>\n

\u201cHey, let\u2019s not put hands on people,\u201d Austin told the guard.<\/p>\n

The actor then addressed the fan, telling her, \u201cI\u2019m sorry about that. It\u2019s a really cool costume.\u201d<\/p>\n
