See what the #KCChiefs tight end revealed about the prime season for tying the knot:"},"content":{"rendered":"<section><main><\/p>\n<div><!--?xml encoding=\"utf-8\" ??--><\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Travis-Kelce-Is-Not-Sure-About-Fall-Weddings.jpg?w=1000&amp;quality=55&amp;strip=all\" alt=\"Travis Kelce Is Not Sure About Fall Weddings\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Travis Kelce might be head over heels for girlfriend Taylor Swift, but that doesn\u2019t mean he\u2019s automatically willing to possibly walk down the wedding aisle during football season.<\/p>\n<p>During the Wednesday, January 8, episode of his hit podcast \u201cNew Heights,\u201d Travis, 35, and his brother <b>Jason Kelce<\/b> answered an inquiry about fall weddings as part of their \u201cNo Dumb Questions\u201d segment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI actually don\u2019t know people who\u2019ve gotten married in the fall, because the all the weddings I\u2019ve been to \u2014 my friends always do it in the summer,\u201d the tight end said in response to a caller who revealed his girlfriend wants to get married in the fall despite his insistence that he is \u201cgonna be at a football game.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou guys gotta be more in sync on things,\u201d Travis added, voicing his concern for the caller\u2019s relationship dynamic and willingness to find common ground. \u201cYou gotta be willing to, you know, find a weekend where the team isn\u2019t playing anybody good.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Super Bowl champ went on to say that he\u2019s \u201cseen weddings in f\u2013king February, I\u2019ve seen weddings everywhere, but the fall\u2026 I\u2019m not so sure if the fall is a good wedding season.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Though Travis and Swift have been mum about their own relationship plans, others in their orbit have been only too happy to chime in on where they think the pair\u2019s romance is headed.<\/p>\n<p>In an interview with <i>The Mirror<\/i> published Friday, January 3, former NFL corner and pro-bowler <b>Adam \u201cPacman\u201d Jones<\/b> said Travis and Swift \u201care going to get married\u201d this year, \u201cafter football.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Jones also took issue with the conspiracy theory that the pair are not in a \u201creal\u201d relationship. \u201cI think they are in a real relationship,\u201d he said. \u201cI know Trav, because he went to UC. His love [is genuine]. When he says he is with somebody, he is with somebody.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Of Travis\u2019 most recent ex-girlfriend, Jones added that \u201che was with her and he found something better and he moved on.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Elsewhere in the interview, Jones also praised the two for how their relationship has elevated Travis\u2019 position on and off the field. \u201cI love it,\u201d he said. \u201cI wish I was that smart when I was young. What I\u2019m saying is you see how many marketing deals he is getting. You see how many jerseys he\u2019s selling.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Travis and Swift were first linked in September 2023, after the \u201cAnti-Hero\u201d singer was photographed at a Kansas City Chiefs game. In an interview for <em>TIME<\/em>\u2019s Person of the Year, Swift, 35, opened up about her relationship for the first time.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast, which I thought was metal as hell,\u201d she said at the time. \u201cWe started hanging out right after that. So we actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I\u2019m grateful for, because we got to get to know each other.
