LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers continued to struggle on Wednesday night as they faced the Miami Heat as part of their four-game road trip.<\/p>\n
The Lakers suffered a 134-93 loss, their 10th of the 2024-25 NBA season and the largest defeat they have had all season.<\/p>\n
Even with James and fellow star Anthony Davis healthy, Los Angeles couldn’t get back on track.<\/p>\n
Coming into the game, James had hit 2,450 three-pointers in his 22-year NBA career, tied with former All-Star Kyle Korver for the seventh-most in league history.<\/p>\n
At the 8:55 mark of the third quarter, James made a 26-foot three-point shot off of a Davis assist, his lone long-range make of the game.<\/p>\n
In doing so, the four-time NBA MVP passed Korver to take sole possession of seventh on the all-time three-pointers made list with 2,451.<\/p>\n
The NBA made an official announcement on X to congratulate “King James” for his latest accomplishment. “Congrats to LeBron James of the Lakers for moving into 7th on the all-time THREES MADE list!”<\/p>\n
