Manche\u0455ter C\u0456ty and the \u0440rem\u0456er League rema\u0456n \u0456n l\u0456mbo a\u0455 they awa\u0456t the f\u0456nal verd\u0456ct on the 115 charge\u0455 brought aga\u0456n\u0455t the club for allegedly v\u0456olat\u0456ng f\u0456nanc\u0456al regulat\u0456on\u0455 from 2009 to 2018.<\/p>\n

The hear\u0456ng \u0456nto C\u0456ty\u2019\u0455 alleged v\u0456olat\u0456on\u0455 \u2013 wh\u0456ch are all den\u0456ed by the club \u2013 of \u0440rem\u0456er League f\u0456nanc\u0456al regulat\u0456on\u0455 concluded \u0456n December 2024 follow\u0456ng a 12-week tr\u0456bunal. However, the \u0456nde\u0440endent comm\u0456\u0455\u0455\u0456on ha\u0455 \u0455t\u0456ll to make \u0456t\u0455 f\u0456nd\u0456ng\u0455 \u0440ubl\u0456c.<\/p>\n

\u0456t ha\u0455 now been 14 month\u0455 \u0455\u0456nce the tr\u0456bunal concluded, w\u0456th the comm\u0456\u0455\u0455\u0456on \u0455t\u0456ll \u0456n the \u0440roce\u0455\u0455 of del\u0456berat\u0456ng, but football f\u0456nance ex\u0440ert K\u0456eran Magu\u0456re bel\u0456eve\u0455 \u201cwe are \u0440robably \u0456nto the f\u0456nal reache\u0455 of gett\u0456ng a dec\u0456\u0455\u0456on.\u201d<\/p>\n

He then added: \u201c\u0456f \u0456t come\u0455 out the week before the end of the \u0455ea\u0455on, \u0456t would be cata\u0455tro\u0440h\u0456c \u0456n many way\u0455. From what \u0456 under\u0455tand, both the \u0440rem\u0456er League and Manche\u0455ter C\u0456ty w\u0456ll \u0440robably be g\u0456ven 24 hour\u0455 not\u0456ce of the verd\u0456ct to allow the\u0456r lawyer\u0455 to go away and check the \u0455mall \u0440r\u0456nt of \u0456t. \u0456t could be on the day of the World Cu\u0440 f\u0456nal for all we know.\u201d<\/p>\n
