I work really hard, OK? I\u2019m not pretending that I don\u2019t,\u201d she said to People last year. \u201cI\u2019m up at 4:30 [a.m.] on Mondays. I go for a run. It\u2019s only 30 minutes. I try to eat very clean, but I eat. I\u2019m one of those protein mommies. I eat so much protein all day long. It works for me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn the end, anytime you have to put on a bathing suit and walk in front of anybody, it\u2019s really difficult,\u201d Larter explained. \u201cWhen I look around, the sexiest women I know are the women that own it.
