With 2026 shaping up to be another monumental year for Taylor and Travis, excitement is building over what could be the most talked-about showbiz wedding of all time. Fans have been quick to pinpoint Saturday 13 June 2026 as a potential date, not least because 13 is Taylor\u2019s favourite number. It is also the only Saturday in the whole of next year to fall on the 13th of any month, while 26 itself has significance as the sum of 13+13.<\/p>\n

In an added layer of symmetry, the couple announced their engagement on 26 August this year. \u201cWe don\u2019t know what they\u2019re going to do yet, but the mind boggles at how massive this wedding could be,\u201d says Annie Zaleski, author of\u00a0Taylor Swift: The Stories Behind<\/em>\u00a0T<\/em>he Songs.<\/em><\/p>\n

Others believe Taylor might pick the late British designer Vivienne Westwood, whose creations also featured in her\u00a0Eras<\/em> shows.<\/p>\n

Whoever she chooses, Nicala La Reau, marketing director for wedding gown firm Pronovias, believes her dress will be a real statement piece. \u201cTaylor\u2019s style has always told a story, one that is romantic, symbolic and era-defining,\u201d she says. \u201cHer wedding dress will be more than just a fabric and silhouette, it will be a love song in couture.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, if Taylor and Travis need help with organising their big day, lifestyle guru Martha Stewart has been quick to throw her hat in the ring. \u201cIt\u2019s time to call in the ultimate wedding planner,\u201d she posted on\u00a0Instagram.Aside from a possible wedding in 2026, many believe Taylor and Travis will not leave it long before starting a family. \u201cI want a bunch of [children] running around, minimum four,\u201d Taylor once said. \u201cThe idea of pouring everything you are into another person when you become a parent has always been amazing to me.\u201d Travis has openly admitted wanting children too, and his sister-in-law Kylie Kelce has called him \u201cthe absolute best uncle you can imagine\u201d to her and Jason\u2019s four daughters.<\/p>\n

Director of E20 Communications Lynn Carratt says, \u201cHe\u2019s known as \u2018Uncle Trav\u2019 and is so cute with his nieces. As he comes towards the end of his\u00a0NFL\u00a0days and Taylor\u2019s career remains in a stable place, it seems like parenthood could be the natural next step for them.\u201d However, despite Taylor turning 36 in December, Annie believes she won\u2019t be swayed by any expectations around motherhood. \u201cThere\u2019s so much pressure on women to start a family, and I think Taylor and Travis will just do it in their own time, whenever it feels right.\u201d<\/p>\n

The self-titled recording,\u00a0Taylor Swift<\/em>\u00a0, first dropped in October 2006, and many believe a new version is on the way. \u201cI\u2019ve already re-recorded my entire debut album,\u201d the singer revealed in May. \u201cAnd I really love how it sounds now.\u201d She also told how the album \u2013 along with a re-recording of 2017\u2019s\u00a0Reputation\u00a0\u2013 would have a \u201cmoment to re-emerge when the time is right.\u201d As Annie says, \u201cTaylor always marks the big things in good ways, so I think she\u2019ll definitely do something for fans to celebrate.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
