Despite missing the services of superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Milwaukee Bucks pulled off a 120-110 win against the visiting Golden State Warriors at Fiserv Forum Thursday night. Antetokounmpo was ruled out ahead of the contest with a knee issue, giving the Warriors an even bigger chance to secure a victory.<\/p>\n
But Ryan Rollins and the Bucks simply refused to let Antetokounmpo\u2019s absence be an insurmountable obstacle to a win against Stephen Curry and company. Rollins led the charge for Milwaukee, as he dropped a career-high 32 points, while Myles Turner churned out 17 points. Cole Anthony also stepped up, firing 16 points off the bench.<\/p>\n
After the game, Warriors head coach Steve Kerr insinuated that his team played tired.<\/p>\n

Steve Kerr felt the Warriors showed \u201cmental and physical fatigue\u201d in the loss in Milwaukee tonight. He said they didn\u2019t have the same \u201cpop\u201d and didn\u2019t execute a switching defensive scheme well enough.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Golden State shot just 42.4 percent from the field and committed 22 turnovers.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, fans online are quick to push back on what Kerr said about the Warriors being affected by \u201cfatigue\u201d in the Bucks game.<\/p>\n
\u201cFatigue? They had yesterday off. No they heard that Giannis wasn\u2019t playing and thought it would be a cakewalk. Rollins played the game of his life and that was the difference. \ud83d\udcaf,\u201d said a fan on X.<\/p>\n
Another one said: \u201cThey boys heard Giannis was taking the night off and thought they could cruise to a W. Big smack in the face to the vets and leaders tonight for not making it known early that exactly this could not happen following the news. Go Warriors tho\u201d<\/p>\n
From a commenter: \u201cFatigue? More like complacency. Also, you took Steph out at the 8 min mark when you\u2019re down 4 just to \u201cpreserve\u201d him\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cBruh it\u2019s the 6th game or whatever,\u201d a social media user posted.<\/p>\n
Via a different commenter: \u201cWow saying this 6 games into an 82 game season is something else.\u201d<\/p>\n
Said another: \u201cfatigue? my [expletive] we blew out the past 2 teams. steve stop bro, just say the old niggas came out wit no energy.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Well, the Warriors can have some rest this Friday before facing the Indiana Pacers on the road on Sunday.<\/p>\n
