The Golden State Warriors dealt with rumors all offseason, mainly around Jonathan Juminga and Al Horford.<\/p>\n

Now that they have the two, the Dubs have started strong with a 3-1 record to begin the season.<\/p>\n

However, with Horford\u2019s age and Draymond Green\u2019s height, they could still benefit from a center who fits their timeline.<\/p>\n

One name that has remained in trade talks, which Blue Man Hoop\u2019s Peter O\u2019Keefe suggests the Warriors should target, would work perfectly with their current roster.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe free agency addition of Al Horford looked to have addressed the Golden State Warriors center rotation entering the season, but perhaps the franchise needs to remain with an eye on one of their previously notable trade targets in Nikola Vucevic,\u201d O\u2019Keefe said Monday.<\/p>\n

\u201cGolden State should already be taking a look at potential center options on the trade market, particularly those who like Horford can stretch the floor and complement the improving forward trio of Green, Jimmy Butler and Jonathan Kuminga.\u201d<\/p>\n

Nikola \u200b\u200bVu\u010devi\u0107 of the Chicago Bulls has been great despite the team not being competitive during his time with the team.<\/p>\n

The 35-year-old Montenegrin center would perfectly complement the Warriors and their game plan to shoot threes.<\/p>\n

Vu\u010devi\u0107 is a rebounding monster and gobbles up rebounds better than nearly anyone.<\/p>\n

For the past eight seasons, he has averaged over 10 rebounds a game, and has averaged 10.5 rebounds per game over his career.<\/p>\n

A pick-and-pop with Curry and Vu\u010devi\u0107 would be lethal, and he wouldn’t crowd the floor, affecting Jimmy Butler or Jonathan Kuminga either.<\/p>\n

It may be difficult for the Warriors to match his salary, but it would be worth it to bring in a center of his caliber to fill that void.<\/p>\n
