Pop superstar Taylor Swift has confessed she’s likely to have Ed Sheeran performing at her wedding to Travis Kelce because “it would be hard to keep him from it”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The 35-year-old pop superstar is engaged to NFL player Travis Kelce and she’s now opened up about whether she will be recruiting her singer pal Ed to entertain guests on her big day – and Taylor believes it’s likely to happen because the Perfect star loves performing so much.<\/p>\n

During an interview on the UK’s Hits Radio Breakfast Show, Taylor was asked if Ed would perform at her wedding and she replied: “Oh, it would be hard to keep him from it, I think.<\/p>\n

“That\u2019s the thing, he\u2019s like, \u2018I\u2019m always being asked to sing at weddings.\u2019 It\u2019s like: ‘Ed, if there is a stage, you know you\u2019ll be on it.’<\/p>\n

“He knows what people want, and he wants to give people what they want.<\/p>\n

“That\u2019s the fun thing about our friendship – we both love performing, and we love writing and singing. We\u2019re like: ‘Oh, don\u2019t make me sing \u2026 alright!’<\/p>\n

“Up there explaining to the house band, you\u2019re like: Shake It Off is three chords. We\u2019re starting here’. But that\u2019s the thing, we love what we do, we love to get up onstage. It\u2019s actually not that hard to talk either of us into performing at anything.”<\/p>\n

Taylor also revealed she last saw Ed a few weeks ago when they both attended Selena Gomez’s wedding to Benny Blanco in California.<\/p>\n

She said: “I saw [Ed] last weekend, actually, at a wedding of one of our best friends.<\/p>\n

“We were just talking about how much we love when he came out onstage with me at Wembley during the Eras Tour …<\/p>\n

“There’s really like a sort of strange mind-meld thing that happens between us two, and we’ve always had it. We always will.”<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
