Dallas traded Parsons right before the regular season in a move that really didn&#8217;t feel likely earlier in the offseason.<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-1\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1\">From start to finish, the Cowboys totally bungled the Micah Parsons situation. If we&#8217;re being honest, he should still be in a Cowboys uniform and getting paid handsomely by the team. Well, he&#8217;s now on the Packers, a 2-1 team approaching contender status.<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-2\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1\">On the other hand, the Cowboys fell to 1-2 in Week 3 thanks to an ugly defensive performance against the Chicago Bears.\u00a0Dallas hosts the Packers\u00a0in Week 4, and the main storyline for this game is a swift Micah Parsons homecoming.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1\">The entire NFL world knows that Dallas made the wrong move to trade him, but Jerry Jones is stopping at nothing to make the move look good.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"inline-text-3\" class=\"scroll-mt-24 my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1\">Jerry Jones can&#8217;t stop taking shots at former Cowboy Micah Parsons<\/h2>\n<p id=\"inline-text-4\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1\">The Cowboys will look to upset the Green Bay Packers this weekend, and they&#8217;ll surely have to stop Micah Parsons in order to do it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1\">Well, Jerry Jones doesn&#8217;t exactly seem to be worried about facing their former best player:<\/p>\n<figure>Jerry Jones on facing Micah Parsons, via\u00a0@jonmachota:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;While he does make great plays, there is also a way to approach playing against Micah. What Jones is clearly misguided on his how much an elite pass rusher raises the tides of the entire defense. In his four years with the Cowboys, Parsons racked up 52.5 sacks, 63 tackles for loss, and 112 QB hits.<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-7\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1\">He made the Pro Bowl in all four seasons with Dallas, and through three games with the Packers, has 1.5 sacks, one tackle for loss, and six QB hits through three games. As the season goes on, Parsons is going to begin getting into the backfield more and more.<\/p>\n<p id=\"inline-text-8\" class=\"my-[18px] [&amp;_a]:text-primary my-f-1\">And he&#8217;s got all the motivation in the world against his old team and a front office that truly traded him for pennies on the dollar.
