Tottenham have started the season so well that all the focus has been on their performing stars.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is difficult to know where to start, with\u00a0Xavi Simons dazzling on his Spurs debut and Richarlison a player re b on.<\/p>\n

However, it could even be argued that Tottenham have one of the best defences in the\u00a0Premier League, which is a notion that would have been laughed at last term.<\/p>\n

Although\u00a0Thomas Frank\u2019s\u00a0side are going from strength to strength, they could get even better with one man in their ranks.<\/p>\n

Some Tottenham fans have forgotten about Dejan Kulusevski<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Spurs have been without Kulusevski\u00a0since the Sweden international injured his knee against Crystal Palace in May.<\/p>\n

Last season, the midfielder was a rare positive in a campaign that was doused in injuries and negativity.<\/p>\n

However, Lilywhite Rose owner John Wenham \u2013 speaking exclusively to\u00a0Tottenham News<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 has reminded some supporters just how good\u00a0Kulusevskiis.<\/p>\n

\u201cI personally think people are sort of sleeping on how good he is and then forgetting how good he is,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0Wenham said.<\/p>\n

\u201cLast season, I know it was a tough season in the league, but he was comfortable until he got injured. Head and shoulders, not only our best player, but one of the best players in the Premier League in terms of his overall contribution.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cI think he\u2019s an outstanding player, and I keep seeing people\u2019s predicted best lineups when everyone\u2019s fit and anyone not including him is deluded, quite frankly. He walks into our 11, whether that\u2019s a number 10 or as the right-winger, I\u2019m not sure.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
