Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce make first public appearance since revealing engagement
The couple made their first public appearance since announcing their engagement.
Swift and Kelce revealed the news Tuesday with photos of the proposal on Instagram.
Kelce’s father, Ed, later shared that his son asked Swift to marry him “a couple of weeks ago” over a glass of wine.
Fans speculate the proposal may have happened Aug. 10 in the couple’s backyard.
Although Arrowhead is Kelce’s NFL home turf with the Chiefs, this time, he was in the stands to support his alma mater, the University of Cincinnati, against the University of Nebraska.
Sporting Cincinnati Bearcats gear, Kelce had been looking forward to the matchup, while Swift kept her outfit neutral without repping either school.
Swift and Kelce began dating in September 2023 when she first attended one of his Kansas City Chiefs games.
Nearly two years later, they’re celebrating their engagement on college football’s big stage.
