Jason Kelce has had many iconic moments in his career, from helping lift the Philadelphia Eagles to their first Super Bowl win in 2018 to screaming “hungry dogs run faster” in an over-the-top Mummers costume at the ensuing victory parade.

And now, the legendary Eagle is adding to his roster of big moments — albeit this time in a completely different arena.

Kelce is playing a huge role in the reveal of Taylor Swift’s next album — dropping the announcement for it with Swift herself (not to mention his brother, co-host and Swift boyfriend Travis Kelce) last night in a teaser for the New Heights podcast.

The New Heights podcast posted a social media clip with Swift early Tuesday morning, at 12:12 a.m., to be exact.

“So I wanted to show you something,” Swift says, bringing out a mint green briefcase with her initials on it in bright orange — hinting at the album’s color scheme.

“What’s in it?” Jason asks.

“This is my brand new album, The Life of a Showgirl,” the singer says smiling, pulling out a vinyl with the cover art blurred out.

“Aaaaaggghh!” Jason screams.

“TS12!” Travis yells, right before the video cuts and bass music comes in.

The Swiftie and NFL universes have been intersecting for quite a minute now, ever since Travis and Swift first unveiled their relationship in summer 2023.

Swift is known for her elaborate album announcements — often leaving Easter eggs for fans.

And for many eagle-eyed Swifties, this announcement comes as no surprise.

In May, when the singer announced in a letter that she had finally bought back the rights to her album masters — a multi-yearslong project that began after her masters were infamously sold in 2019 — she left clues for the new album. The word “this” was punctuated with 12 i’s and Swift used three numbers in her writing: 4, 6, 2 — which, of course, add up to 12.

Clearly, the singer has been keeping busy since she finished the Era’s Tour last December.

Internet sleuths have also been anticipating news since Monday when Taylor Nation, the pop star’s official marketing team, posted a TikTok slideshow with 12 pictures of Swift in orange tour outfits and the caption, “ ‘Thinking about when she said, ‘See you next era …’ ”

Already, the pop star has posted a “pre pre-order” page for the album on her website with blurred images of the art and glittery orange locks.

The Kelces are premiering the episode of the “New Heights” podcast with Swift at 7 p.m. Eastern on Wednesday.

The episode will also be available to watch on YouTube, as well as Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, Audible, Spotify, Wondery and wherever you get your podcasts.

Now that Jason Kelce has proved his Swiftie-hood with the intense reaction to the TS12 news, we’ll be thinking about which Era is his favorite until the episode comes. He seems like a Speak Now kind of guy.
