As you’re likely well aware, Travis Kelce is one of the many, many, mannnny celebrities starring in Happy Gilmore 2. But apparently fans are newly convinced that Taylor Swift also showed up in the movie…in a bear costume.
In the event that you haven’t seen the film yet, Bad Bunny’s character gets fired by Travis Kelce’s character, and then has a fantasy where Trav gets attacked by a bear.
Netflix posted some behind-the-scenes footage of the moment to Instagram, and Swifties started speculating. Some musings:
“Ok but who is the bear! @taylorswift.”
“Taylor is definitely in the suit.”
“From the moment I saw it, I just knew Tay was the bear.”
“Why do I feel like Taylor was in the bear suit!!?”
“You just know Taylor is the bear.”

Taylor hasn’t spoken about the bear theory, but she did shoutout Happy Gilmore 2 on Instagram, writing “Happy Gilmore 2 had me cackling and cheering the whole movie! An absolute must watch, 13/10, go watch it on @netflix as soon as humanly possible.”
In other Taylor and Travis news, a source also recently told People that “They’re in a really solid place and more in sync than ever. They’re both all in. Travis posting Taylor on his Instagram for the first time wasn’t random, it was intentional. They’ve been private in their own way, but this was his way of showing how serious things have become.”
They added that “There’s no pressure between them, but they’re very aligned on where things are going. He makes her feel safe and supported and she brings so much joy into his life. They’re really happy. With Taylor wrapping her tour and Travis heading into the season, they wanted to mark this new chapter in a fun, personal way.”
