Erin Andrews and Charissa Thompson are dishing on their vacation with Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.

On Friday, Kelce, 35, went Instagram-official with Swift with a now-infamous carousel of photos from his offseason. In one of the pictures the couple posed with Thompson and Andrews, along with their husbands, during a snowy trip to Montana — so inevitably, a listener asked all about it during the Monday, July 28 episode of their podcast, Calm Down with Erin and Charissa.

Thompson, 43, excitedly told her listeners that Swift, 35, is “everything I’d ever hoped and dreamed that she could have been and more.”

Thompson reminded longtime listeners that she and Andrews, 47, “advocated for” Swift to give Kelce “a chance” when he initially spoke about trying to give her his number after her concert in 2023, quipping that the suggestion “clearly worked out” for the couple.

“They are so happy and adorable and all things, so when the opportunity came about for all of us to spend time together and go on vacation, we were elated to just have time with them and in general see what she was all about,” the Fox Sports commentator shared.

Andrews and Thompson kept their trip with the superstar couple under wraps before Kelce posted the photo, which Thompson said was because they wanted to respect their privacy. “Their lives are so public, so it was very important for Erin and I not to say anything, not because we don’t like to share stuff with you, but it’s important for us to let them dictate the narrative on things they do in their personal life,” Thompson explained.

“She’s a dream and I adore her and I’m so happy that they make each other happy,” she concluded.

Andrews added that she and Thompson are both “protective of” Kelce and Swift. “We’re so protective of them and their privacy and what they deserve, so that’s why we never said anything or planned on saying anything.”

Andrews then cracked a joke that Kelce violated her privacy by sharing the photo on social media with her “approval,” before saying the picture is “one of my favorite from the trip.”

Kelce’s Friday, July 24 photo dump, which marked the first time he’s posted Swift on his feed, came as a great surprise to fans. Multiple photos from Kelce’s offseason included Swift and their family and friends.

A source close to the couple told PEOPLE the photo carousel was an “intentional” move by Kelce. “They’ve been private in their own way, but this was his way of showing how serious things have become.”

The insider added, “They’re in a really solid place and more in sync than ever.”
